A Stripe payment processing fee of 5% will be deducted from the refund;

  1. You have already used any service functions, such as digital human avatar and voice generation, digital memorial space creation, real-time audio/video interaction, or consumed any credits;
  2. You are unable to use this service due to reasons attributable to yourself (for example, account information leakage, operational errors, or device/network issues);
  3. Your refund request is based on subjective reasons unrelated to the service quality, such as "dislike of results" or "not satisfied with digital human avatar/voice/video effects";
  4. The request exceeds the time frame specified in the refundable situations above.

(III) Refund Process

  1. If you meet the refund conditions, please contact us via the email provided on this website (email: [email protected]) and submit a refund request with the reason and order information;
  2. We will review your application within 3–5 working days after receiving it;
  3. Upon approval, we will refund the amount through Stripe to your original payment card. The refund arrival time is subject to Stripe and the issuing bank's processing schedules, typically 5–10 business days.

(IV) Refund Restriction

Each order can only be refunded once. If your refund request is not approved, we will explain the reason to you.

III. Other
